Features
- Quick-Mount Winch Bracket: The bracket is compatible with a wide range of Thern winches. Once a winch is fitted, quick-connect pins make it simple to secure the bracket to the crane without any tools.
- Easy Assembly/Disassembly: Rapid-release Stainless steel pins in the clevis form make it simple to assemble and quickly disassemble for storage or transportation. No tools are needed.
- Manual or Power Operation: Thern Davit cranes can be set up with a power winch for larger loads or longer lifts or a manual winch for brief, occasional lifts. Thern's spur or worm gear hand winches or power winches with 115/1/60V and DC, hydraulic, or pneumatic power operation are available for selection.
- Welded Steel Construction: The crane's base, mast, and boom are made of sturdy, ASTM-compliant structural steel pipe and tubing that has been welded together to reduce deflection.
- Quick Disconnect Anchor: This anchor uses wire rope with a swaged ball fitting for easy attachment or removal. It allows the user to take the wire rope off the winch and fasten it to the optional cable reel or wire rope keeper, leaving the wire rope connected to the load.
- Rotation Handle: The boom angle adjustment screw jack operates without any issues due to the updated rotating handle location.

- Variety of Bases (sold separately): With anchor bolts or other attachment techniques, pedestal, flush, and wall mount bases are simple to install on a range of solid surfaces and offer a multitude of installation options. Bases are offered for sale separately. When the crane is removed, the base cap that comes with the lanyard keeps water and debris out of the base.
- Corrosion Resistant Finish: Stainless steel fasteners and an electrostatic powder-coated crane work together to prevent corrosion in harsh environments. Epoxy, stainless steel, and galvanised coatings are additional options.
- Sheave Clevis Pin: To stop the sheave clevis pin from spinning under mild loads, it is D-shaped.
- Mast Cap: A cap placed on top of the mast keeps weather and debris out.
- Adjustable Boom: The boom may be extended into four places with a quick-release pin, and the angle can be changed with a ratchet.
- 360º Rotation: Under load, a 360° crane may rotate easily thanks to a nylatron bearing.
