Hoist Controller (Programmable / Variable Speed)
Programmable control controllers for use with Stagemaker type C & V chain hoists.
All STAGEMAKER controllers for programmable control hoists are fitted with the following as standard:
- For Stagemaker (version C & V)
- Power supply: 400V / 415V 3Ph 50/60 Hz
- Power inlet 32A 5 pin CEE form
- Hoist outlet 8 x 16A 16p Harting connectors
- Control voltage: 24vdc control
- Short circuit protection (per four motors)
- Thermal protection (per four motors)
- Automatic phase sequence control
- Software for up to 64 channels of control
- Unlimited number of cues
- Group or single mode
- Encoder positioning
- Time delays
- Synchronisation of hoists
- Max power per channel: 1.8kw / 400V 3Ph
The pregrammable controller can be supplied with an operating desk CC48 housed in a flight case with built in hub, laptop (with software loaded), joystick, E stop and connection cable.
Suitable for hoists to BS7906 Categories A and B, BGV D8 and BGV D8+.
Controller options:
Linkable - The R8 CPU can be liked together to form larger systems for up to 64 hoists.
