Hoist Controller (Direct Control)
HUK controllers for Direct Control hoists are fitted with the following as standard:
- Power supply: 400V / 415V / 3Ph 50/60 Hz
- Power inlet 32A 5 pin CEE form
- Power inlet 16A 5 pin CEE form (SC4P)
- Multi-pin connectors for output (8 ch)
- Short circuit protection (power & control)
- Thermal protection (per four motors)
- Phase sequence indicator / reverse switch
- Max power per channel: 1.8kW
Standard units are mounted in 6U 19" steel rack mount cases with flight cases available on request.
Suitable for hoists to BS7906 Categories A and B, BGV D8 and BGV D8+.
Controller options:
Option 1:
Local control - where selection switches, run Button and E stop button are fitted to the front of the control panel.
Option 2:
Remote control - where selection switches, run Button and E stop button are fitted into a seperate handset which plugs into the front of the control panel. Handset is fitted with 10m wander cable as standard.
Option 3:
Local / Remote control - where selection switches, run button and E stop button are fitted both to the front of the panel and into a seperate handset which plugs into the front of the control panel. Handset is fitted with 10m wander cable as standard.
Option 4:
Radio control - where selection switches, run Button and E stop button are fitted into a seperate radio handset which allows the operator to position him / herself anywhere within 100m of the main controller reducing cabling to a minimum.
Option 5:
Linkable - all of our controllers can be fitted with the link option which will allow the controllers to be linked together to form a much larger system.
Option 6:
Wall mounted units - all of our controllers can be housed in standard industrial steel enclosures more suitable for permanent installation, with DIN rail mounted terminations for hard wiring.
Option 7:
Special / bespoke controllers can be produced to meet your exact requirements.
Option 8:
Controllers suitable for single phase or special voltages are available on request.
