Socket & Wedge Rope Termination
Hoist UK offer a full range of wedge sockets to DIN15315 to suit rope sizes from 2mm to 14mm.
Wedge sockets are popular in the field because they are easy to install and are used where end termination can be made only after the wire rope has been reeved into place.
Each wedge socket has the following information engraved onto the body:
- Rope size
- Working Load Limit
- Unique Serial Number
