Motor Cables (Direct / Low Voltage Control)
Hoist UK offer standard power and control cables to suit your Direct and Low Voltage control rigging hoists.
Cables are manufactured from either 1.5 mm or 2.5 mm H07RNF rubber cable and CEE form plugs and sockets
Direct Control:
A standard power cable for direct control electric chain hoists is a simple 415v 3ph mains extension cable consisting of:
End 1: 16A 4 pin Red CEE form plug
Cable: 2.5mm sq H07NRF rubber cable
End 2: 16A 4 pin Red CEE form socket
Low Voltage Control:
Standard cable "sets" for low voltage control electric chain hoists comprise of 2 x mains extension cables ran together with opposing ends.
The power feed to the hoist is a simple 415v 3ph mains extension cable, and the control feed to the hoist is a simple 110v 3ph mains extension cable.
The cable sets are taped together as a single unit and consist of:
Cable 1:
End 1: 16A 4 pin Red CEE form plug
Cable: 2.5mm sq H07NRF rubber cable
End 2:16A 4 pin Red CEE form socket
Cable 2:
End 1: 16A 4 pin Yellow CEE form socket
Cable: 2.5mm sq H07NRF rubber cable
End 2: 16A 4 pin Yellow CEE form plug
Standard lengths of 10m and 20m with other lengths available on request.
